As I discussed before, Brown Clinic’s STRIVE 2 Survive has partnered with County Fair Foods to help you make healthier choices when grocery shopping. As I was walking through the store last night, I came across a newer product line that has gotten a lot of interest for those watching their waist lines. Waldon Farms products offer many different varieties of dressings that are calorie free, sugar free, and fat free. Wow! If you are wondering how that can be, we encourage you to take a look at the ingredients and notice the first ingredient (they’re always listed most to least in quantity) is water. These dressings may not be as thick as your regular ranch dressing, however they are a great alternative to add some flavor to your dishes without adding extra calories, sugar, and fat.
