I hope all is going well with you. I actually have a question. In the news lately they have been talking about how they have come to find out that saturated fats may not be as bad for a person as once thought and may not play a part in heart disease. This seems very confusing with everything we have been taught to eat and not eat for heart health. What are your feelings on this topic?
Vitamins Is a multi vitamin all you need or should a person be talking other ones also. Like Fish Oil – Vitamin D – Calcium
And when is a good time to take them. I heard Vit D that your body only absorbs 500 mg at a time ????

Linda, they are pretty comparable in regards to the nutrition content and benefits. You can use the both of them together.
