Are you looking to improve your nutrition, exercise habits, strength, and overall health? If so, we can help! We have our winter STRIVE 2 Survive session starting January 3rd. The 12 week program includes 6 in person meeting and 6 take home lessons that are emailed or mailed to you. There are 2 main components in our program: Diet and Exercise. STRIVE 2 Survive is not only a weight loss program, but more so a program aimed at improving your health and wellness long term, thus we strive to reduce risk of heart disease, diabetes, and other related diseases by making improvements in blood pressure, cholesterol, and blood sugars.
