Well, the Halloween Hustle Fun Run yesterday was a lot of fun, and great weather. It was in the mid 30’s, but very calm. Very good day for a fun run, walk. Here Sarah and I are in are costumes, as we went as the “Incredibles”. Everything for the run, day, event was “Incredible”, and everybody there had a good time. The Jolly Green Giant showed up, and we found “Waldo”, as well as several other super heroes, to name a few.

Molly agreed to wear her costume, here with Sarah, but we could not convince Nick to wear his. He was too serious yesterday, and really wanted to try and win the race. He achieved his goal, winning the race, with a time of 18:46. All of us had a fun morning, and was a great way to spend the day as a family. Following this, Sarah and I went back to the pool for Megan’s swim meet. All of us were busy this weekend!

Love the Incredibles costumes! Dr. Dan, I have signed up for a 1/2 marathon in May and am wondering where the best place to find a training plan is?
Thanks Jill. One of the better places to get training plan is through Runnersworld.com. They have 5K, 10K, half marathon, and marathon, and they really are very good. This is what I used all of the time training for the marathon. They also have mutliple articles through the same web site that has training programs, ideas, training suggestions…all very good. Good Luck! Which one are you planning on?

Thanks for the site suggestion, lots of great info on there. I am running the Scheels Fargo 1/2 marathon on May 19th. Flat land and a band at every mile….should get me through it!
