Think Drink!

With the weather this hot, you need to be especially mindful of making sure that you are going to take in adequate water.  If you wait until you are thirsty, you are already behind.  When the heat index gets this high, you need to exercise, or be outdoors in general, early in the morning, or late in the evening, and be sure to hydrate well before, during, and after the activity.  We all appreciate some nice weather, it just is a little hard to take it all at one time.  Be safe, enjoy the summer, and stay hydrated!!!
